Hair Undone Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. While we understand that schedule changes can be unavoidable at times, Hair Undone requires and enforces a 48-hour notice for all non-emergency cancellations and reschedule requests to better serve you and our stylists. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving the salon enough notice, your stylist misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on their waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Because services are reserved for you personally, a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply if appointments are canceled within 48 hours of their scheduled time. No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service to the card on file. Please note that multiple services not cancelled 48-hours or more in advance may result in a future refusal to book. Appointments booked within 48 hours are still subject to the cancellation policy. 

Clients must contact the salon via phone call to cancel/reschedule appointments, or must leave a voicemail.

Hair Undone requires all clients to keep a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. If your card on file fails to process or is found to be invalid, an invoice will be sent to your email on file and you will not be able to book until the invoice is paid. 


We know how easy it can be to forget an appointment booked months in advance, and that scheduling conflicts may arise. As a courtesy, Hair Undone will email and/or text you to confirm your scheduled appointments 4 days prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees.
