Appointment Policies
We require a valid credit card on file to hold all appointments.
Appointments canceled within 48-hours notice of scheduled time will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. Appointment no-shows will be charged a 100% fee of the service cost. As a courtesy, you are automatically signed up for text/email notifications and we will send you a text and email reminder four days before your appointment.
If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment please call us at 919-556-2592 as the online option will become unavailable. Our voicemail line is monitered on Sundays and Mondays. If you need to leave a voicemail please give as much detail as possible for the cancellation.
Appointments booked within 48 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.
Multiple cancellations or no-shows in a row may result in a referral to another salon.
Late arrivals will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service including our hourly services.
Our hourly rate includes processing time. We start your time when you sit in your stylists chair, and end your time when your stylist removes your cape.
We require a 50% deposit for all first time color services. Cancelations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Please arrive at your appointment in good health. If you are exhibiting symptoms of any illness you will be asked to leave for the safety of our staff and other guests.
We do not tolerate disrespect of our space, employees and other guests. Obscene or harassing language, hate speech, threats and slurs are not welcome here.
Other Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit, Cash and Apple/Google Pay. At this time we do not accept checks.
